1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Front Range ITAD website or engaging Front Range ITAD for IT asset disposition services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Service descriptions, pricing references, and operational commitments are published on our Services page. Final pricing and scope for any engagement is confirmed in a written quote prior to scheduling.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurately representing the equipment to be picked up, including any items containing hazardous materials, and for ensuring the pickup location is accessible at the scheduled time.
4. Limitation of liability
Front Range ITAD maintains $1,000,000 general liability and cyber liability insurance. Liability for any single engagement is limited to the value of that engagement except where applicable law provides otherwise.
