Services
Front Range ITAD provides full-lifecycle IT asset disposition for Colorado businesses. Every engagement includes secure data destruction, chain-of-custody documentation, and certified downstream recycling for materials we cannot rehome. The services below cover our standard offerings; custom engagements are available for unusual scope or scale.
Office IT Decommissioning
Desktop and laptop refreshes, employee offboarding, office relocations, and full floor or building cleanouts. We coordinate with your IT or facilities team, inventory equipment at pickup, and return all required documentation.
Typical scope: 10–500 devices. Pickup pricing starts at $175.
Server and Data Center Decommissioning
Rack-mount servers, storage arrays, networking equipment, UPS systems, and supporting infrastructure. On-site de-racking available. Storage media wiped to NIST SP 800-88, or physically destroyed at client request.
Typical scope: Single rack to multi-rack engagements. Pickup pricing starts at $400; multi-rack or extended engagements quoted individually.
Secure Data Destruction
Hard drives, solid-state drives, tape media, and other storage devices. NIST SP 800-88 compliant wipe with verification is standard and included with every pickup. Physical destruction (drilling and crushing) is available as an add-on, as is witnessed destruction with a client representative present.
Bulk and Estate Cleanouts
Tenant cleanouts, estate administration, and high-volume removals involving electronics. We coordinate directly with property managers, executors, and trustees. Volume pricing available.
Specialty Equipment
Solar charge controllers, off-grid power equipment, battery systems, and certain industrial or laboratory equipment. Our team has direct experience evaluating and processing these categories, which most general recyclers will not accept.
Note: Specialty equipment is accepted by prior quote only. We reserve the right to decline items containing undisclosed hazardous materials. Please contact us to discuss specific items.
Pricing reference
Published reference rates, no quote-call required to get a sense of cost. Final pricing is confirmed in a same-day written quote that reflects actual volume, distance, item mix, and site conditions.

On our pricing approach
Most ITAD providers price each item individually and resolve cost ambiguity through per-job quoting with no published rates. Our flat-rate model covers the majority of common decommissioning scenarios, with per-item fees applied only where regulated material handling adds real downstream cost. This approach reflects our broader philosophy: we extend equipment lifecycles through tested, secure refurbishment wherever appropriate, which reduces environmental impact and the cost we pass through to clients.
All pricing assumes standard site conditions (ground-floor access or loading dock, equipment staged in one accessible area). Site conditions requiring extended labor — stairs, packed cabinets, mixed-debris environments — may require an adjusted quote. Final pricing is always confirmed in writing before scheduled pickup.
