About Front Range ITAD
Front Range ITAD is a Colorado-based IT asset disposition company serving businesses from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins. We provide secure data destruction, certified chain of custody, and reuse-first recycling for organizations retiring IT equipment.
We are owner-operated, transparently priced, and built specifically for the mid-market organizations that need professional ITAD without the contractual overhead and minimum-commitment requirements typical of national vendors.
Why we exist
The ITAD industry serves two extremes well: large enterprise contracts at one end, and consumer drop-off recycling at the other. Between those poles, the Front Range has thousands of mid-sized businesses, professional service firms, healthcare practices, and managed service providers that need the same security guarantees and documentation as large enterprises — at a scale and price that fits their actual operations.
That gap is the customer we built for. Front Range ITAD provides the security posture, documentation standards, and process discipline of an enterprise vendor, delivered at a scale and price appropriate to mid-market organizations, with response times that respect operational deadlines.
Our approach
We are an operating brand of GreenTrees LLC, a Colorado-based IT equipment specialist with extensive experience in testing, refurbishment, and secondary-market sales of enterprise hardware. That background informs our ITAD practice in two ways.
First, we have a deep working knowledge of the equipment we receive. Server-class storage, enterprise networking, business-class endpoints — we understand the technical characteristics, market value, and end-of-life considerations of these categories in a way that pure recyclers typically do not.
Second, our refurbishment capability enables a reuse-first approach. Working equipment that can be securely wiped and rehomed is processed for continued use, which reduces both environmental impact and the cost passed through to our clients. Equipment that cannot be reused is processed through our R2-certified downstream recycling partner.
Our commitments
- Insurance: $1,000,000 general liability and cyber liability coverage. Certificate of insurance available on request.
- Data destruction: NIST SP 800-88 compliant wipe with verification, documented per device. Physical destruction available on request.
- Chain of custody: Serialized intake at the client site, locked transport, secured processing facility, documented downstream handoff.
- Downstream recycling: R2-certified partner facility for all non-recoverable material.
- Records retention: Chain-of-custody, sanitization logs, and Certificates of Destruction retained for a minimum of seven years. Records produced within 10 business days at no charge if your organization is audited or investigated regarding equipment we handled.
- Compliance support: NDAs executed at no charge. HIPAA Business Associate Agreements available for healthcare clients subject to review of scope and requirements.
- Response time: Same-business-day written quote. Same-week pickup standard. Next-day pickup available for time-sensitive engagements.
- Service area: Colorado Springs and Pueblo as primary service area; Denver Metro and the broader Front Range corridor served regularly.
